At Paragon Leisure Systems, we specialize in premium entertainment systems that often require special handling, freight delivery, or custom preparation. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing & Shipment Timing
Shipping timelines begin after payment confirmation and order verification.
• Most in-stock items ship within 7–14 business days
• High-ticket, freight, or simulator products typically ship within 10–20 business days
• Custom or made-to-order items may require 4–8 weeks before shipment
These timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer availability, customization, or freight scheduling.
Shipping Methods
Large or high-value items may ship via freight carrier. Delivery methods may include:
• Curbside delivery
• Threshold delivery
• White-glove delivery (when available)
Delivery method availability and fees vary by product and location and will be communicated prior to shipment.
Freight & Delivery Notes
Freight deliveries require an adult (18+) present at the delivery location. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including driveway clearance, stair access, and doorway measurements.
Failed or refused deliveries may result in additional fees, including return shipping and restocking charges.
Installation
Unless explicitly stated on the product page or in a written agreement, installation is not included with delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
